Owns a portfolio of customers, driving product adoption, usage, health, and value realization throughout the customer lifecycle. The Associate Customer Success Manager partners with onboarding, support, product, sales, and renewals teams; conducts success planning, training, checkpoints, and QBRs; identifies account risks; provides marketing automation guidance; and shares customer insights internally.
