The Head of CRM will define and execute Click&Boat's CRM lifecycle strategy, manage a team of specialists, and enhance user engagement through automation and personalization while overseeing the CRM budget and platform migration.

As a Travel Advisor, you will assist French-speaking clients in booking boat rentals by understanding their needs, negotiating prices, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. You will work closely with the sales team and may need to work on Saturdays occasionally.

Manage Spanish-speaking clients to advise on boat rentals, negotiate with boat owners, and close bookings. Drive conversion through full sales cycle ownership, upsells, and customer follow-up. Collaborate with Supply and Customer Care teams, meet monthly/periodic targets, and work at least one Saturday per month to ensure high customer satisfaction and loyalty.
