Manage and grow relationships with Croatian boat owners, including key accounts and fleet operators. Responsibilities include improving availability, pricing, listing quality, response rates, booking conversion, and revenue performance. The role involves onboarding owners, preparing inventory for peak season, supporting marketplace projects, analyzing KPIs, and developing market intelligence across Croatia. Collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Care teams is required.

Own group accounting, monthly and annual closing, audits, treasury, banking, payments, tax compliance, corporate legal matters, and internal controls across entities in France, Spain, and an upcoming international subsidiary. Manage one accountant and coordinate accounting firms, auditors, tax advisors, lawyers, and banks. Ensure reliable financial reporting, effective controls, statutory compliance, and smooth international expansion.

Lead traffic and acquisition product strategy, developing a point of view on SEO, AI, search, discovery, and emerging acquisition channels. Partner with SEO, SEA, Brand, Acquisition, and Engineering teams to identify opportunities, build roadmaps, run experiments, and create scalable products, tools, and automations. Connect acquisition initiatives to conversion and revenue across the customer journey.
