Manage French-speaking customers in the marketplace sales team, advising on boat selections, negotiating with boat owners, and closing bookings. Maximize conversion and upsell while ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Collaborate with Supply and Customer Care and work at least one Saturday per month; targets with uncapped commission.

Support Talent Acquisition by owning early recruitment steps (CV screening, intro interviews), sourcing candidates, experimenting with sourcing strategies and AI tools, partnering with recruiters and hiring managers, and contributing to employer branding and process-improvement projects.
