The Head of CRM will define and execute Click&Boat's CRM lifecycle strategy, manage a team of specialists, and enhance user engagement through automation and personalization while overseeing the CRM budget and platform migration.

As a Travel Advisor, you will assist French-speaking clients in booking boat rentals by understanding their needs, negotiating prices, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. You will work closely with the sales team and may need to work on Saturdays occasionally.

Manage French-speaking customers in the marketplace sales team, advising on boat selections, negotiating with boat owners, and closing bookings. Maximize conversion and upsell while ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Collaborate with Supply and Customer Care and work at least one Saturday per month; targets with uncapped commission.
