Internship for an Account Manager Trainee supporting international renters, boat owners, and partners. Responsibilities include advising customers, negotiating prices, closing bookings, onboarding boat-owner partners, optimizing account listings, increasing engagement, conducting market research, and supporting business development. The role requires fluent English, customer-facing experience, phone confidence, commercial awareness, initiative, and teamwork. It is based in Barcelona with limited remote work and lasts six to nine months.

Manage customer payments, partner payouts, booking changes, commissions, currencies, payment batches, and exceptional transfers. Prepare KPIs, monthly reconciliations, and closing tasks for tenant and owner balances. Improve payment workflows, document processes, support automation, and train finance interns. Collaborate with supply, sales, customer care, and finance teams while resolving complex operational cases.

Lead the relaunch and growth of the US boat-rental market from Barcelona. Responsibilities include acquiring and retaining boat owners, improving fleet performance, managing listings and supply quality, recruiting and coaching a team of 6–10, and building scalable acquisition and account-management processes. The role combines commercial execution, relationship management, data-driven performance improvement, and team leadership while working US-aligned hours.
