Manage customer onboarding and CleverTap platform implementation from requirements gathering through successful go-live. Guide business and technical stakeholders, define solutions, troubleshoot integrations, conduct technical audits, document requirements, estimate timelines, and provide product feedback. Success is measured by time to value, customer satisfaction, successful implementation, and product adoption.

Own technical relationships with assigned customers, supporting CleverTap integrations, implementation, troubleshooting, platform health checks, data validation, and product adoption. Translate customer requirements into scalable solutions, coordinate with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams, resolve technical issues, document requirements, and track implementation timelines and outcomes.

Manage compliance across SOC 2, ISO, CSA STAR, privacy, and AI governance frameworks. Support audits, validate controls, maintain privacy operations, respond to client security questionnaires, and assess third-party vendor risks. The role requires strong GRC and information security experience in SaaS or technology environments, cloud security familiarity, and knowledge of GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, and emerging AI governance requirements.
