Manage adoption, value realization, and retention for enterprise/key accounts. Develop success plans, analyze product usage and KPIs, run QBRs, mitigate risks, liaise with executives, and partner cross-functionally to drive expansion and retention.

Manage infrastructure security in a SaaS environment, ensuring compliance and security posture through CSPM tools and incident response, while handling AWS infrastructure and governance activities.
