The VP of Paid Media is responsible for overseeing Clever's growth by managing paid media strategies, budgets, and analytics across various channels, focusing on optimizing customer conversion and establishing efficient systems for paid marketing.

Perform post-closing audits and document processing for multi-state residential closings. Submit recording packages, reconcile fees, issue final title policies, scan/index documents, mail trailing originals, and communicate with lenders, vendors, and internal teams to ensure compliance, timeliness, and accurate file updates.

As a Full Stack Software Engineer, you will develop and maintain robust backend systems using Ruby on Rails, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the real estate platform's performance and user experience.
