Own and improve Clever's infrastructure, deployments, observability, incident response, and security controls. Drive infrastructure migrations, build safer release paths, strengthen monitoring and runbooks, support SOC2 readiness, and improve staging/local environments to reduce operational friction and improve reliability.

Lead design and delivery of consumer-facing and internal product experiences. Map user journeys, identify friction, define specs/MVPs, partner with design and engineering, use AI tools for discovery and prototyping, and measure outcomes to improve trust, retention, and operational efficiency.

Manage a team of 6–10 closers, escrow officers, and processors from contract to disbursement. Run 1:1s, huddles, and performance reviews; own KPIs and pipeline health; perform file audits; ensure federal and multi-state compliance; improve SOPs, playbooks, and tooling; and act as senior escalation with underwriters and cross-functional partners to scale title and escrow operations.
