Own and scale React Native mobile applications across multiple custom-branded client apps. Manage features end to end, including requirements, architecture, development, testing, release pipelines, App Store and Google Play submissions, production support, and rollbacks. Debug React Native and native platform issues, contribute to system design and code quality, and collaborate with leadership, clients, and engineering teammates. Help consolidate legacy systems and advance service-based architecture.

Lead accounting operations, financial reporting, internal controls, and compliance across a multi-entity portfolio. Own day-to-day accounting for Clever Benefits, month-end/year-end close, reconciliations, intercompany accounting, revenue recognition, and complex transactions. Strengthen controls, liaise with external auditors and tax advisors, and manage a small accounting team to build scalable processes supporting growth.

Lead the development of high-quality mobile applications, collaborate with teams, ensure performance, mentor juniors, and stay updated on health tech trends.
