Coordinates onboarding from accepted offer through first day, including background checks, I-9 and E-Verify, HR system setup, orientation logistics, and personnel records. Supports payroll preparation, benefits and HR system inquiries, compliance training, recruiting coordination, employee engagement, and audits across South Florida properties. The role is on-site in Miami Beach with travel to other properties and occasional evening or weekend work during the pre-opening period.

Supports accounting across South Florida hotel properties, overseeing income audits, revenue reporting, credit card and cash reconciliations, internal controls, accounts receivable, month-end close, audit support, financial reporting, and pre-opening accounting procedures. Supervises the Credit Manager and helps configure M3, establish cash-handling workflows, and set up the pre-opening budget for Hilton Miami Beach’s December 2026 launch.
