Leads Cleveland Clinic Laboratories’ anatomic pathology and physician office sales teams, develops new business concepts, drives account conversions, and expands revenue nationally and internationally. Responsibilities include sales team training, client relationship development, product launch collaboration, stakeholder coordination, presentations, laboratory technology knowledge, and approximately 50% travel. Requires healthcare sales experience, clinical laboratory knowledge, leadership skills, and a bachelor’s degree.

Implements and maintains infection prevention programs across two hospitals. Conducts infection surveillance, analyzes trends, investigates outbreaks, assesses communicable disease and environmental risks, audits practices, and develops improvement recommendations. The role creates policies, reports communicable diseases, supports regulatory reporting, educates caregivers, coordinates infection prevention committees and risk assessments, and consults with health departments and clinical teams. Work is primarily Monday through Friday with on-call coverage approximately every 10 weeks and possible hybrid flexibility after orientation.
