Provide patient-facing administrative support for Head & Neck clinic: manage referrals and medical records in EPIC, triage inquiries, schedule and reconcile clinic appointments, collect insurance info, assist virtual check-ins, handle provider correspondence, coordinate meetings/travel/events, offer basic IT help, transcribe minutes, and perform general office duties to support clinicians and patients.
