Provide structured prenatal and postpartum education to expectant parents and community, facilitate interactive classes, update curriculum, support breastfeeding goals and Baby-Friendly practices, provide discharge teaching, and serve as a clinical resource and onboarding support for breastfeeding skills.

Operate the Security Operations Center: process incoming/outgoing communications, monitor cameras/alarms and surveillance systems, receive and assess emergency calls, manage multi-channel radio/satellite communications, activate code/medical alerts, monitor social media/travel alerts, disseminate mass notifications, and perform clerical duties supporting dispatched responders.

Provide front-line administrative support in a clinical cardiology practice: manage high-volume calls, MyChart messages, prescription refills, referrals, EMR/EPIC documentation, scheduling, insurance collection, virtual check-ins, and general office tasks to support efficient patient care and clinic operations.
