Perform month-end close activities including journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations; reconcile equipment and parts inventory GL accounts; review divisional financial statements and equipment profitability; assist budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and year-end audits; prepare ad-hoc reports and serve as backup for other accounting functions.

Perform treasury and daily bank reporting, manage payments (wires/ACH), remote check deposits, and company card programs. Prepare balance sheet reconciliations, e-commerce sales reconciliations, and month-end journal entries. Support year-end audit and other general accounting duties, liaising with internal teams and external auditors.

Set up, operate, and adjust CNC and manual machines to OEM specifications, perform precision machining and inspections, operate cranes and hand tools, maintain work area and documentation, and support creation and training of standard work procedures.
