Provide administrative and first-line technical support for Caterpillar connectivity and third-party monitoring platforms: onboard equipment, verify telemetry, train customers, configure notifications, maintain dealer databases and billing, create and reconcile reports, assist sales/service teams, and provide onsite installation/training as needed.

Inside Sales Representative responsible for managing and growing a territory of construction, agriculture, landscape, and specialty-trade customers. The role involves qualifying accounts, selling equipment, rentals, parts, service, and support agreements, identifying customer needs, maintaining relationships, and generating leads for field sales representatives. Candidates should have sales ability, strong communication skills, customer-service orientation, and preferably industry or retail sales experience. A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record are required.

Performs treasury operations, bank reporting, wire and ACH payments, credit card administration, vendor and insurance support, balance sheet reconciliations, e-commerce sales reconciliation, journal entries, month-end close activities, and audit support. The role also prepares internal financial reports and investigates treasury controls while coordinating with management and external auditors.
