Establish, maintain, and validate cybersecurity governance, risk, and compliance programs. Develop and update policies, manage audit readiness and evidence collection, perform risk assessments, track controls and remediation, support audits and incident response documentation, run security awareness efforts, and prepare executive compliance and risk reporting while partnering with IT, cybersecurity, and business teams.

Manage full-cycle recruiting for corporate, salaried, and internship roles: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, employer branding, data-driven reporting, stakeholder partnership, compliance, and process improvement. Represent company at events and leverage ATS/CRM and automation tools to build pipelines.

Designs, implements, and maintains identity and access management controls to enforce least-privilege across enterprise and cloud environments. Administers PAM and directory services (AD/Entra ID/Azure AD), supports user lifecycle, conducts access reviews, integrates identity telemetry into SIEM, investigates IAM incidents, and partners with IT and SOC to reduce access-related risk while supporting audit and compliance efforts.
