Build and own Clera’s AI/ML intelligence layer, including recommendation systems, ranking algorithms, and LLM-powered candidate-role matching. Develop production-ready features, data pipelines, and services while collaborating cross-functionally and shipping frequently. The role requires hands-on experience with the listed development tools, TypeScript, React, startup environments, and a willingness to work six days per week in a San Francisco hacker house.

Work directly with the CTO to build and ship fullstack features to production daily. Contribute to a fully agentic system automating the headhunting process end-to-end, live-working from hackerhouses in Latin America alongside a small founding team.

Lead full-stack development using TypeScript and React, ship daily to production, build agentic AI systems to automate headhunting, and take ownership of core product features while working closely with the CTO in a fast-paced startup environment.
