The role is hybrid and based in Barcelona.

Own and improve the company’s revenue operations infrastructure. Analyze GTM processes, identify bottlenecks, design scalable solutions, introduce tools and AI-powered workflows, automate manual tasks, maintain CRM architecture, and create dashboards that provide actionable sales insights. Partner strategically with leadership to modernize revenue operations, improve sales efficiency, and support quota attainment in a fast-paced hybrid environment.
