Cledara Benefits Overview

Manage a portfolio of 200+ mid-market, venture-backed customers (mainly CFO stakeholders). Own onboarding, training, QBRs, product adoption, forecasting churn/growth, and identify expansion opportunities. Act as trusted advisor, subject-matter expert on the Cledara platform, and internal advocate for customer needs to improve the experience and drive value.

Execute manual tests, create and maintain test plans/cases, report and track issues, perform regression testing, and collaborate with developers and stakeholders to ensure product quality. Support understanding of product changes and contribute to improving testing processes.

As an SMB Account Executive, you will manage the full sales cycle, driving revenue growth and new client acquisition through discovery calls, product demos, and negotiations while collaborating with various teams.
