Lead and improve end-to-end go-to-market processes, build scalable CRM architecture, design automations and dashboards, identify and fix sales bottlenecks, and act as a strategic revenue operations partner to leadership to scale sales efficiency and quota attainment.

Manage a portfolio of 200+ mid-market, venture-backed customers (mainly CFO stakeholders). Own onboarding, training, QBRs, product adoption, forecasting churn/growth, and identify expansion opportunities. Act as trusted advisor, subject-matter expert on the Cledara platform, and internal advocate for customer needs to improve the experience and drive value.

As an SMB Account Executive, you will manage the full sales cycle, driving revenue growth and new client acquisition through discovery calls, product demos, and negotiations while collaborating with various teams.
