Lead accounting and financial reporting for multiple related entities. Manage cash, AR/AP, payroll, intercompany transactions, project accounting lifecycle, internal controls, tax compliance, owner distributions, insurance, and accounting software; produce management and project reports and supervise accounting staff.

Lead and execute mechanical design for projects, direct and mentor mechanical staff, coordinate multidisciplinary designs, produce and manage design documentation and QA/QC, monitor schedules and budgets, liaise with clients, and support staffing and continuing education. May require night and weekend work and occasional field tasks.

Lead electrical design for projects, producing design documents, coordinating with other disciplines and clients, mentoring staff, managing budgets and schedules, ensuring QA/QC, and meeting continuing education requirements. May require night and weekend work and physical tasks such as carrying drawings and climbing ladders.
