Leads business development, marketing, and growth initiatives for an architecture, engineering, and construction firm. Responsibilities include market research, strategy development, client relationship building, proposal and pursuit leadership, CRM opportunity tracking, A/E teaming analysis, brand positioning, community engagement, corporate entertainment, and mentoring firm leaders and marketing staff. The role requires significant client-facing activity and occasional evening and weekend work.

Lead electrical design for projects, produce design documents, coordinate with other disciplines and clients, manage electrical staff scheduling and budgets, ensure QA/QC and meet deadlines. Occasional night and weekend work required.

Support electrical design and documentation under senior staff direction. Prepare design documents, coordinate with other disciplines and consultants, manage time and budget hours, and participate in required continuing education. May require night/weekend work to meet deadlines.
