Leads legal project management for complex matters, overseeing scoping, budgeting, staffing, timelines, client communications, profitability, and matter closeout. Manages and mentors Legal Project Managers, establishes standards and playbooks, drives process improvement and change management, and supports legal technology adoption. Partners with attorneys, clients, pricing, finance, and practice development teams to improve service delivery, operational efficiency, and matter profitability across a global law firm.

Supports attorneys throughout complex intellectual property litigation, including case management, court filings, discovery, document review and production, docket management, claim construction, deposition and trial preparation, cite-checking, and patent research. The role also involves mentoring junior paralegals, coordinating across offices, and traveling for out-of-state and International Trade Commission matters.
