The role manages two direct reports, collaborates with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, and drives practice growth, client feedback, and revenue opportunities.

Oversee the Bay Area Managing Attorney’s Office, including litigation docketing, calendaring, filing and service of documents, court-rule guidance, procedural compliance reviews, court research, and liaison work with court personnel. The role supervises staff, supports litigation and antitrust attorneys, monitors deadlines and court proceedings, and manages local court admissions and practices.

Conduct conflict checks and risk analysis for new clients, matters, lateral hires, and business opportunities. Research companies, ownership structures, individuals, and reputational risks using internal databases, public records, and external resources. Support client and matter onboarding, maintain records, advise on confidentiality and jurisdictional concerns, and assist with compliance, professional responsibility, and conflict-management projects.
