The Associate, Project Development manages renewable energy projects from siting to commissioning, collaborating with multiple teams to ensure project success.

Supports competitive sourcing and procurement execution for battery energy storage equipment. Responsibilities include RFx administration, bid evaluation, supplier communications, award recommendations, contract and purchase order support, market intelligence, cost analysis, documentation, and cross-functional coordination with engineering, legal, finance, construction, and operations teams.

Administer and manage compliance with ISO/RTO market requirements across multiple U.S. power markets. The role oversees registrations, submissions, certifications, internal controls, documentation, deadlines, and onboarding for new or acquired energy assets. It monitors changes to market rules and regulations, assesses business impacts, collaborates with Energy Management and External Affairs, and coordinates stakeholders across the organization. The position requires legal and power-market compliance expertise, knowledge of FERC and ISO/RTO tariffs, and experience with renewable energy assets and interconnection requirements.
