Manage supply planning, RFx bidding, vendor qualification/onboarding, contracting, purchase orders, invoice/logistics coordination, pricing documentation, technology assessments, and procurement reporting to enable multi-gigawatt project delivery.

Supports renewable energy business development and M&A through project and acquisition financial modeling, valuation, PPA bidding, risk analysis, due diligence, transaction materials, and investment committee presentations. The role coordinates stakeholders during live transactions, supports project origination and financing, oversees acquired-asset integration, and maintains M&A tracking tools and processes across Western U.S. markets.

Sources goods and services, manages suppliers and inventory, negotiates contracts and purchase orders, evaluates bids, tracks supplier KPIs, ensures timely delivery, resolves payment and delivery issues, supports audits and supplier diversity, and maintains compliance with supply chain policies.
