Supports competitive bidding, sourcing strategies, bid levelization, contractor evaluations, contract negotiations, risk mitigation, and administration for renewable energy EPC projects across wind, solar, and BESS. Coordinates with engineering, construction, legal, finance, and development teams; analyzes market intelligence, maintains project specifications, supports financing diligence, and improves procurement processes. Travel up to 10% is required.

Support procurement of owner-furnished high-voltage and solar equipment across development, construction, and operations. Manage supply planning, RFx bidding, vendor qualification/onboarding, contracting, purchase orders, invoice/logistics coordination, pricing documentation, technology assessments, and procurement reporting to enable multi-gigawatt project delivery.

Supports renewable energy business development and M&A through project and acquisition financial modeling, valuation, PPA bidding, risk analysis, due diligence, transaction materials, and investment committee presentations. The role coordinates stakeholders during live transactions, supports project origination and financing, oversees acquired-asset integration, and maintains M&A tracking tools and processes across Western U.S. markets.
