Directs and supervises all phases of municipal public works projects including fleet, streets, drainage, utilities, and grounds. Manages budgets, procedures, personnel, safety compliance, inventory, and vendor/agency relationships. Reviews and inspects work, trains staff, and ensures regulatory and safety standards are met.

Process vendor invoices, employee reimbursements, and corporate card transactions. Administer Ramp for expense and card management, reconcile accounts, support month-end close, maintain vendor records/1099s, and ensure compliance with policies and controls.

Hands-on senior accountant responsible for general ledger maintenance, month-end close, reconciliations, financial analysis, AP/AR and cash support, audit and reporting assistance, and project accounting tasks including job costing, billing review, and project profitability analysis.
