Support the Site Leader in recruiting, training, coaching, and supervising the car wash team; manage daily on-site operations, safety, brand standards, wash quality, customer service, local sales, basic financial reviews, and use Microsoft Office and POS software.

Lead day-to-day operations of a ClearWater Express Wash location: manage staff, drive guest satisfaction and sales, oversee equipment maintenance, inventory, cash handling, recruiting and training, resolve guest issues, monitor costs and P&L, and execute local marketing to maximize profitability and operational efficiency.

Support the Site Leader in recruiting, training, and coaching team members; oversee daily car wash operations, site appearance, safety, quality, sales, and basic financial and software tools to meet brand standards.
