The role requires friendly customer service, sales motivation, dependable attendance, strong communication, and comfort working outdoors in changing weather. Prior sales, retail, hospitality, cashiering, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.

Manager in Training candidates learn car wash operations, customer service, sales, team leadership, safety, staffing, equipment and facility procedures, and business performance management. The role provides hands-on experience leading team members, achieving sales and membership goals, resolving customer concerns, maintaining operational standards, and using point-of-sale and business systems. Candidates prepare for advancement to Assistant Manager or Car Wash General Manager.
