Oversee rental sales for a luxury senior living community, maintaining occupancy and revenue through lead generation, tours, referrals, and move-in coordination. Develop sales and marketing plans, manage referral relationships, conduct community events, monitor market trends and competitors, manage budgets, and collaborate with community leadership to achieve sales goals and regulatory compliance.

Oversee all daily operations of a senior living community, ensuring regulatory compliance, quality resident care, financial stability, staff performance, safety, occupancy growth, and effective teamwork. The Executive Director manages budgets, billing, reporting, property maintenance, corrective action plans, employee recruitment and development, resident satisfaction, and compliance with licensing, OSHA, and company standards.

Support and execute resident programs and special events, including setup/teardown, promoting participation, creating flyers/calendars and social posts, coordinating volunteers and transportation (driving community vehicle), ensuring regulatory and health compliance, and representing Clearwater Living's values.
