Develop and maintain web and mobile applications using Flutter or React Native, modern frontend and backend technologies, and automated testing. Lead code reviews, architecture decisions, technical initiatives, and engineering mentorship. Collaborate proactively with clients and distributed teams to discover needs and plan projects. Work independently while contributing to continuous improvements in processes, tools, technology choices, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure.

Develop backend software with Node.js and JavaScript using durable design patterns and frameworks. Build automated unit, integration, and end-to-end tests; manage pull requests and code reviews; participate in technical design sessions; and deliver scalable, maintainable solutions. Work proactively and independently within a distributed, cross-functional team. Use SQL databases, Redis, and Elasticsearch, with familiarity with AWS, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD practices.

Develop JavaScript and TypeScript applications using Node.js, durable frameworks, design patterns, and best practices. Build automated unit, integration, and end-to-end tests; optimize MongoDB, MySQL, and PostgreSQL queries and indexes; review pull requests; mentor junior developers; and collaborate on scalable, maintainable technical solutions. The role also involves process and tooling improvements, with optional exposure to AWS, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and frontend frameworks such as Vue, React, or Angular.
