Entry-level life sciences strategy consultant supporting biopharmaceutical, medical device, and diagnostic clients. Responsibilities include strategic problem-solving, market and forecast analysis, project and workstream management, development of client deliverables, and communicating recommendations. The role offers exposure to product planning, business development, pricing, market access, launch, and commercialization projects, with extensive in-office onboarding and a progressively hybrid work model.

Build and manage FP&A, capacity planning, profitability reporting, compensation analytics, and sales operations infrastructure. Develop forecasts connecting pipeline, staffing, utilization, headcount, and financial targets; analyze project and practice-level margins; support transaction diligence; and implement BI, CRM, and PSA tooling. Partner cross-functionally with Finance, HR, Recruiting, practice leaders, IT, the CFO, and external advisors.

Provides high-level administrative support to senior leaders, including complex calendar management, project tracking, invoicing, business development tracking, Salesforce updates, meeting logistics, and urgent travel coordination. Mentors administrative assistants, supports training and office collaboration, tracks expenses, and helps foster a positive office culture.
