Coordinate nursing department staffing to maintain proper patient care ratios: create schedules, manage attendance logs, fill vacancies (including agency/PRN coordination), assist with timesheets/payroll issues, communicate attendance concerns to leadership/HR, and support safety and infection prevention standards.

Coordinates patient care with physicians and multidisciplinary teams, monitors progress and medical necessity, identifies barriers, supports discharge planning, conducts utilization reviews, manages length of stay, and communicates with payors regarding authorizations. Documents patient activities and post-discharge needs while maintaining accreditation, safety, infection prevention, and confidentiality standards.

The Dietary Aide assists in the preparation and service of meals and supports dietary processes while ensuring safe food handling and cleanliness in a hospital setting.
