Assists with preparing, portioning, and delivering regular and therapeutic meals for patients, visitors, and staff. Handles food safely, maintains dietary records, stocks supplies, cleans and sanitizes equipment and work areas, operates dishwashing equipment, and follows infection prevention and safety standards. The role requires frequent physical activity, including standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, pushing, and pulling.

Evaluate potential patients against admissions criteria, perform pre-admission assessments, develop territory sales and marketing plans, track referral and sales activity, coordinate outreach events, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and support program development and administrative tasks to drive referrals and admissions.

Coordinates patient care with physicians and multidisciplinary teams, monitors progress and medical necessity, resolves care barriers, supports discharge planning, conducts utilization reviews, manages length of stay, and communicates with payors regarding authorizations. Maintains documentation, accreditation, safety, infection prevention, and post-discharge support standards while helping ensure positive patient outcomes.
