Own the commercial strategy and revenue performance of the Canadian Marketplace. Build and manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, and fintech partners; negotiate commercial agreements; use marketplace data to identify growth opportunities and forecast initiatives; and partner with Product, CRM, Analytics, and Tech to improve conversion. Manage one Commercial Executive and influence cross-functional teams while delivering measurable commercial outcomes.

Design and build reliable data pipelines and data products using dbt and Databricks. Define modelling standards, testing, documentation, and observability. Collaborate with stakeholders, resolve production incidents, automate processes, and lead data initiatives end-to-end to support analytics and CRM use cases.

Design, build and maintain full-stack solutions (primarily server-side) using Node.js and TypeScript. Deliver data-driven UIs with React/SSR frameworks, optimise PostgreSQL databases, collaborate on Kafka pipelines, deploy and monitor production systems, mentor engineers, and drive improvements in standards, tools and processes in an Agile environment.
