The Senior Knowledge Manager will organize, maintain, and enhance the knowledge corpus for ClearScore, ensuring reliable knowledge management and effective learning from significant work. This role involves both hands-on document management and strategic oversight of knowledge standards across the organization.

Lead and grow a frontend engineering team to design, implement, test, and deliver reusable, efficient, and beautiful user interfaces. Translate business requirements into development tasks, promote engineering best practices, mentor engineers, and ensure a high-quality, seamless user experience across mortgage research and application workflows.

Lead the global roadmap and product direction for ClearScore's mortgages/upstream proposition. Drive discovery, prioritisation, and trade-offs across UX, commercial value and technical complexity. Collaborate with Design, Engineering, Data and Commercial stakeholders, structure ambiguous problems into clear workstreams, and elevate product thinking across the team to deliver sustainable user and partner value.
