Leads Advisor, Trainee Advisor, and Case Manager teams to improve sales performance, customer satisfaction, conversion, profitability, and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include setting KPIs, monitoring call quality and customer files, coaching employees, overseeing training, maintaining lender relationships, supporting process and technology improvements, and embedding customer fairness and governance standards.
