Build and operate shared Azure cloud platforms, infrastructure automation, CI/CD frameworks, Kubernetes and container environments. Develop reusable Terraform and scripting solutions, enable self-service deployment, implement security and compliance guardrails, and maintain monitoring, logging, alerting, and performance standards. The role also involves troubleshooting workflow bottlenecks, supporting engineering teams with DevOps practices, and participating in incident triage, including security-related issues.

Own the discovery, definition, delivery, adoption, and iteration of AI-powered products that improve business processes. Responsibilities include mapping workflows, identifying AI opportunities, creating roadmaps and specifications, partnering with engineering and applied AI/ML teams, defining evaluation criteria, designing human-in-the-loop adoption workflows, measuring outcomes, and communicating with frontline and executive stakeholders.
