Leads product discovery for client engagements, facilitating workshops, interviews, data mapping, and prototype testing. Synthesizes qualitative information into validated assumptions, personas, user journeys, and structured knowledge spaces. Partners with technical leads, manages senior client relationships, drives iteration, coaches clients on forward-deployed and agentic discovery methods, and supports proposals and pre-sales activities.

Own the systems and integration testing strategy for complex distributed systems spanning C++, Java, and Python. Build and maintain a Python/pytest automation framework, integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines, selectively apply contract testing, and guide quality engineering roadmaps. The role combines hands-on test architecture with client-facing consulting, stakeholder influence, mentoring, and adoption of AI-assisted development tools such as Claude.

Develops reliable software, APIs, automation, cloud-native services, and internal platform capabilities. The role contributes to CI/CD, integrations, observability, security, testing, and architecture while supporting AI-enabled solutions such as LLM integrations, RAG, and agentic workflows. Candidates should have strong software engineering fundamentals, AWS or other cloud experience, backend development skills, and an interest in platform engineering, AI, and modern developer tooling.
