Manage pipeline hygiene, forecasts, revenue targets, and win rates while collaborating with BDR, Marketing, Risk, Product Management, and Customer Success teams. Build trusted relationships with upper-mid-market buyers, understand their challenges, communicate solution value, and provide customer feedback to support product improvements and post-sale growth.

Manage customer onboarding, training, implementation, adoption, post-launch support, renewals, and expansion opportunities for a SaaS platform.
