Oversees staffing, onboarding, compensation, benefits, performance management, employee relations, training, leadership development, policies, compliance, internal communications, and organizational change. Partners with executives and department leaders to build culture, improve employee experience, and support organizational effectiveness. Manages HR systems, records, and administrative operations while developing scalable programs for a growing life sciences company.

Owns clinical data operations by building and maintaining ELT pipelines, warehouse models, data contracts, quality controls, reconciliations, dashboards, and monitoring. Integrates clinical, laboratory, sequencing, and corporate data into validated, audit-ready systems. Supports production reliability, partner data transfers, regulatory compliance, root-cause analysis, documentation, stakeholder collaboration, and technical guidance for research and development teams.
