Supports delivery of a Commercial and Industrial energy program through data analysis, reporting, dashboard creation, KPI tracking, staff coordination, process improvement, and special project management. The role requires advanced Excel skills, strong communication, organization, and adaptability across shifting priorities. It is hybrid, requiring one office day weekly in the Greater Toronto Area, and involves analyzing operational data and recommending improvements to policies, processes, and tools.

Processes and validates energy rebate requests, enters data accurately, meets production and accuracy KPIs, follows standard operating procedures, and supports process improvements. The role requires professionalism, organizational ability, schedule flexibility, and willingness to learn new programs and tasks. Employees work remotely from a dedicated home office, remain on the phone throughout shifts, and may work evenings or Saturdays during high-volume periods.

Coordinate and manage multiple residential energy-efficiency upgrade projects, providing bilingual (English/Spanish) customer support, contractor coordination, data entry, incentive processing, reporting, and program outreach. Remove project roadblocks, maintain documentation, propose program improvements, and represent the program at community events as needed.
