Recruit, onboard, train, and manage participating contractors for a utility-funded residential weatherization program. Responsibilities include contractor outreach, performance and allocation management, site visits, training events, compliance and recertification, issue resolution, documentation, contractor ratings, and escalation management. The role also gathers feedback, maintains contractor records, supports program marketing tactics, and helps achieve project acquisition and participation goals.

Develop and execute localized marketing strategies for West-region clients, manage client relationships, oversee campaigns, analyze performance KPIs, coordinate cross-functional teams, and manage marketing budgets. The role focuses on demand generation, digital marketing, client satisfaction, campaign optimization, financial forecasting, and delivering high-quality marketing solutions. Some travel is required.

Manage commercial customer relationships for energy-efficiency utility rebate programs across western Michigan. Educate customers, contractors, and trade allies; build pipelines; coordinate projects through completion; serve as a liaison; develop outreach and event strategies; use a CRM; prepare activity reports; and track progress toward program goals. The role requires extensive in-state travel, customer engagement, sales or consulting experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, and a high school diploma or equivalent.
