Administer and deliver residential energy-efficiency programs in Oregon. Coordinate clients, utilities, community organizations, government agencies, contractors, and internal teams; facilitate meetings; oversee implementation; maintain stakeholder communications; review reports and spreadsheets for accuracy and eligibility; and provide strategic recommendations. The role requires strong project management, writing, presentation, analytical, organizational, and relationship-building skills, with occasional travel and full-time remote work within Oregon.

Make high-volume outbound calls to utility customers to identify eligibility and close enrollments in energy-saving programs, meet daily/monthly production and quality goals, follow scripts, support customer and technical inquiries, participate in remote training, and work a committed schedule in a dedicated home office.
