Own a portfolio of eCommerce merchants, using customer data and AI tools to prioritize accounts, improve product adoption, reduce churn, and identify expansion opportunities. Conduct consultations, onboarding, recovery, renewal, upgrade, and cross-sell conversations while tracking customer outcomes, engagement, and commercial health.

Owns marketing data pipelines, identity resolution, funnel and attribution dashboards across GA4, PostHog, Shopify, and Stripe. The role monitors data quality, validates cross-system tracking, documents methodologies, manages Jira work, and communicates reliable insights and limitations to marketing, product, and leadership. Requires strong SQL, marketing analytics experience, and familiarity with B2B SaaS or e-commerce.

Drive new merchant acquisition and expansion revenue across North America by building an outbound and partner-sourced pipeline, running discovery, delivering product demos, closing new business, and expanding existing accounts. The role requires accurate forecasting, CRM hygiene, Shopify ecosystem expertise, consultative selling, and fluent use of AI tools to improve prospecting and customer engagement.
