Lead investigation and escalation of system-generated payment screening alerts, analyse transactions for suspicious activity, manage escalations, liaise with clients and senior stakeholders, ensure AML and sanctions compliance, maintain records, and coach/oversee screening analysts to mitigate financial crime risks.

Lead reward data integrity, analysis and reporting. Build models, dashboards and benchmarking for pay reviews, incentives and equity. Drive automation, maintain governance and partner with People, Finance and Payroll to ensure accurate, decision-ready reward outcomes.

Leads the technology strategy, architecture, delivery, and evolution of ClearBank’s UK payments capabilities. Oversees engineering teams, ensures scalable, resilient, secure, and operationally ready services, and partners with Product to shape long-term roadmaps. Guides build-versus-buy decisions, third-party integrations, regulatory controls, stakeholder communication, and team development within a regulated banking environment.
