Manages creative client services operations, staff recruiting, employee relations, scheduling, performance management, training, and team development. Partners with leadership and clients to improve service quality, establish procedures, support onboarding, monitor budgets and financial targets, and execute strategic and capital projects. Requires strong communication, problem-solving, technology, project management, and team-building skills.

Coordinate and manage print production projects from client intake through final delivery. Plan schedules, resolve production issues, consult with clients and production teams, support pre-sales and billing, and mentor junior staff. Ensure job instructions, supplies, and paperwork are accurate for timely manufacturing and invoicing.

Create and maintain daily/weekly production schedules for prepress, press, or bindery/finishing. Sequence jobs, optimize equipment matching, coordinate materials/staffing, adjust for disruptions, provide production reports, and support long-term planning.
