Designs, deploys, maintains, and troubleshoots enterprise LAN, WAN, wireless, firewall, load-balancing, and data center networks. Evaluates network performance, plans infrastructure improvements, resolves complex Tier 3 issues, supports client projects, documents architectures, coordinates with vendors, evaluates tools, and mentors junior engineers. Provides on-call production support and may work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Provides administrative support including phone and email management, data entry, expense and invoice processing, scheduling, document handling, customer service, workflow tracking, quality assurance, and confidential information management. The role coordinates job requests, meets deadlines, troubleshoots basic equipment issues, communicates with clients and team members, and prioritizes multiple tasks in a hybrid office environment.

Promotes and sells commercial print, packaging, labels, and direct mail services. Generates leads, conducts prospecting, manages customer relationships, negotiates sales, develops account plans, forecasts revenue in Salesforce, and achieves sales targets. The role also mentors junior representatives, presents solutions to senior executives, and collaborates with internal teams to deliver customer solutions.
