Coordinate production of printed materials from intake through final disposition. Gather and translate customer requirements into manufacturing and shipping instructions, monitor production, ensure quality, coordinate vendors, resolve issues, prepare billing paperwork, and provide customer communication and occasional mentoring.

Manage creative studio workflow, act as client liaison, schedule and track multiple print and digital design projects, assemble resources, ensure brand consistency and quality, support production and peer proofing, and provide proactive client communications and status reporting.

Coordinate and prioritize reprographics, mail, and office services workflow; assign tasks and assist with high-volume jobs; perform job intake, produce reports, and enforce SOPs. Ensure quality assurance and client satisfaction, communicate with managers/clients, train staff, maintain equipment/logs, and perform physical tasks (lift 50 lbs, stand long periods). Work scheduled shift with possible overtime.
