Leads technical architecture for AI engagements, defining orchestration, integrations, data flows, deployment models, security guardrails, and operational readiness. Reviews AI workflow builds, manages technical risks, presents architecture to senior client stakeholders, guides engineers, and partners with platform teams on integrations and platform capabilities. The role also develops architectural standards, mentors technical staff, and ensures compliance with client security and data protection requirements.

Performs document production and word-processing services, including editing, proofreading, formatting, conversion, transcription, quality assurance, and workflow coordination. Uses Microsoft Office and related software and hardware, troubleshoots complex issues, tracks assignments, meets deadlines, handles confidential information, trains junior staff, and communicates with clients and internal teams. The role also supports continuous service improvement and assists with document design and preparation.

Provides senior-level administrative support, including phone and calendar management, expense and invoice entry, scheduling, document editing, customer service, and confidential information handling. Tracks and prioritizes work, meets deadlines, troubleshoots basic equipment issues, performs quality assurance, and communicates with clients and team members. Serves as a subject matter expert, supports process improvements, develops and delivers training, and mentors junior administrative staff.
