Teams at Clear Path for Veterans

Provide on-site day-to-day technical support for employees across multiple locations: troubleshoot hardware/software, set up and manage accounts and devices, maintain IT asset inventory, support onboarding/offboarding, follow IT procedures, and escalate complex network or security issues to senior staff or external providers.

Provide field-based case management to veterans across Cape Cod and Suffolk County, focusing on housing stabilization, outreach, and advocacy. Conduct assessments, create housing stability plans, administer temporary financial assistance, connect clients to VA/state/local resources, maintain compliant documentation, and represent the organization at VA sites and community events.

Provide one-on-one community-based support to an assigned Veteran: accompany to appointments and activities, participate and help plan recreational/community outings, maintain activity logs, submit monthly reports, track mileage and receipts. Temporary independent contractor up to 40 hours/month with flexible weekly scheduling (day/evening).
