Sell digital and print outdoor advertising to new and existing clients to meet revenue goals. Prospect, conduct outside sales calls, negotiate pricing, manage campaigns from proposal to proof-of-performance, coordinate with internal teams, and maintain client relationships. Requires frequent travel and territory knowledge.

Assist the Operations Manager in overseeing production, construction, installations, material and fleet management for outdoor advertising. Manage schedules, vendor purchases, compliance (OSHA/EPA/DOT), budgets, staff selection and development, safety, inventory, and field/warehouse tasks. Provide operational guidance, pricing estimates, and represent the company at local hearings and inspections.

Manage full-cycle recruiting for sales roles: source active and passive candidates, partner with hiring managers, run interviews and offers, track metrics, maintain talent pipelines, ensure compliance, and represent employer at events.
