Supports maintenance and construction projects on a 10-acre private property. Duties include carpentry, fencing, repairs, landscaping, drainage, trenching, material handling, equipment operation, debris removal, seasonal maintenance, and organizing work areas. The role requires physically demanding outdoor work, safe tool use, reliability, teamwork, and willingness to learn.

Maintain cleanliness, appearance, and safety of a 170-unit townhome community. Perform janitorial and grounds tasks (trash, litter pickup, floor care, window cleaning), seasonal duties (snow/ice), routine inspections, resident support, access/security assistance, equipment upkeep, and administrative reporting to property management.
