Owner-side technical lead coordinating and integrating civil, structural, electrical, mechanical, utility, and network design for AI data center deployments. Reviews engineering deliverables, identifies design and constructability risks, enforces Basis of Design standards, supports utility/path-to-power planning, manages consultants, and aligns design with development, construction, power, and operations teams to standardize scalable deployments.

Prepare audit support and SEC filing disclosures; lead technical accounting research and author position memos for complex transactions; maintain accounting policies; support SOX 404 controls and ASC 740 tax provision review; communicate with auditors, tax, operations; streamline reporting and close activities; perform other assigned duties.

Design, implement, administer, and optimize corporate network infrastructure (switches, wireless, firewalls, VPNs). Troubleshoot Layers 1-3, manage incidents, perform monitoring and maintenance, lead hardware deployments and network projects, maintain documentation, and ensure security and change management compliance.
