Provides direct behavioral health support by observing clients, maintaining a safe therapeutic environment, developing daily structures, orienting new admissions, monitoring medication self-administration, conducting waived tests, documenting rounds and incidents, and reporting clinical concerns. Transports clients to appointments and activities, communicates with staff, clinicians, families, agencies, and payors, supports recovery programming, responds to safety and behavioral issues, and follows infection-control, confidentiality, emergency, and workplace-violence procedures.

Lead and own end-to-end revenue cycle operations—billing, collections, denial management, credentialing, contracting, and AR. Set strategy, lead RCM staff, drive KPI reporting, optimize RCM technology, ensure compliance, and present results to the CFO and executive team.

Manage insurance authorizations and reimbursement for behavioral health clients. Create and maintain client files, obtain precertification and concurrent reviews, overturn denials, communicate with insurers and clinicians, track reimbursements and transfer information to billing, and maintain records and reporting.
