Teams at Clean Recovery Centers

Provides routine nursing care to adult clients in a recovery center, including assessments, medication education, order transcription, documentation, referrals, emergency response, and coordination with physicians and treatment staff. Maintains client confidentiality, infection-control standards, required certifications, and accurate medical records. Requires an active RN or LPN license, CPR certification, nursing experience, and familiarity with behavioral health, substance-use treatment, and mental health assessments.

Manage insurance authorizations and reimbursement for behavioral health clients. Create and maintain client files, obtain precertification and concurrent reviews, overturn denials, communicate with insurers and clinicians, track reimbursements and transfer information to billing, and maintain records and reporting.

Provide psychiatric evaluations and manage medical services for clients in inpatient detox; supervise nursing staff; ensure timely documentation, medication management and drug utilization reviews; refer to specialists; implement confidentiality, safety, and regulatory policies; liaise with executive team and community agencies.
