Teams at Clean Recovery Centers

Provide routine nursing care and medical screening for adult clients at a substance-use treatment center; transcribe physician orders, assist clinicians, manage medication education, document care in EMR, respond to emergencies, and participate in trainings and team meetings under clinical supervision.

Supervise and coordinate transportation, housing, and daily care of clients; oversee Behavior Health Technicians (hiring, firing, reviews); ensure facility compliance, EMR adherence, safety, audits, and inventories; manage transports, medication logistics, incident reporting, timesheet sign-off, and liaise with clinical, billing, and compliance teams.

Provide clinical oversight and medical services in an inpatient detox setting including psychiatric evaluations, medication management, documentation review, drug utilization oversight, referrals to specialists, policy implementation, and coordination with Medical Director and staff to ensure safe, compliant care for adult clients.
