Manage CAISO and bilateral contract settlements, validate wholesale market transactions (energy, RA, RECs, CRRs), resolve discrepancies and disputes, support finance and audits, perform strategic and CRR analysis, develop settlement templates, and communicate findings to leadership and Risk Management.

Provide legal counsel to the Power Supply team on energy procurement, power purchase agreements, EEI/WSPP confirmations, CAISO market operations, asset ownership, and regulatory compliance. Advise on solicitations, settlements, compliance reporting (IRP, RPS), and risk management; support cross-departmental issues and help implement energy policy and contracting strategies.
