The Executive Receptionist will manage phone calls, welcome visitors, handle mail, maintain office supplies, and support administrative tasks.

Manage a finance team and lead month-end reporting, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, FP&A, financial modeling, SEC reporting support, BI/dashboard implementation, and cross-functional financial partnership.

Designs and optimizes renewable natural gas (RNG) facilities: prepares process flow diagrams, mass/energy balances, reviews P&IDs, analyzes equipment performance, supports operations and troubleshooting, participates in HAZOP/PHA, ensures PSM/RMP compliance, and travels to sites 20–50% to support projects and operations.
