Leads concurrent enterprise transformation and modernization projects from initiation through stabilization. Responsibilities include project planning, governance, budgeting, risk and issue management, executive communication, vendor oversight, cross-functional coordination, Dynamics 365 and Power Platform implementation support, testing, deployment, change management, and business-value realization.

The Controls Engineer develops PLC/HMI programming for electro-mechanical systems, assists in field commissioning, creates electrical schematics, and ensures compliance with specifications. The role requires collaboration on design, troubleshooting systems, and supporting manufacturing, along with occasional domestic travel.

Manages month-end close activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, foreign currency adjustments, eliminations, and expense allocations. Supports financial reporting, audits, quarterly reviews, and SOX 404 internal controls. Leads accounting projects, improves close procedures, contributes to global accounting policies, and prepares internal and external reporting support.
