Supports communications and marketing teams through project coordination, editorial and content development, brand standards, media relations support, digital communications, and shared team systems. Responsibilities include drafting and editing communications, maintaining style guides and templates, monitoring media, managing press lists, supporting social media and website content, and coordinating cross-team projects. This is a remote U.S.-based role requiring occasional travel.

Leads CATF’s organization-wide editorial and engagement strategy, including institutional storytelling, messaging, flagship content, strategic events, executive communications, thought leadership, media relations, and integrated planning. Advises senior leaders, builds relationships with journalists and influential audiences, and supervises and develops communications staff. The role translates complex climate, energy, technical, and policy issues into clear communications for policymakers, industry leaders, donors, media, and other stakeholders.

Provides HR partnership and manager coaching while leading performance management, employee engagement, talent programs, HR policy improvements, and organizational health initiatives. Supports employees and managers across a global, remote workforce, uses HR data and feedback to inform recommendations, and manages sensitive employee matters with discretion. The role requires balancing day-to-day HR guidance with broader projects and cross-regional collaboration.
