Perform manufacturing production tasks in the home building process, follow safety/OSHA practices, work on teams to meet quality and productivity goals, report maintenance and material needs, and assist supervisors as directed.

Coordinate ISO, environmental, and safety programs including trainings, audits, hazard walks, data tracking and reporting. Maintain environmental compliance records and safety communications. Support accounts payable duties: invoice processing, coding, Oracle payment checks, expense reviews, and vendor/payment follow-ups. Assist EHS Manager and perform other administrative tasks.

Join Clayton Manufacturing's shingles production team supporting the manufacture of roofing shingles. Perform hands-on production tasks, follow safety and quality procedures, operate or assist with equipment, and participate in on-the-job training with opportunities for growth.
