Own and administer the end-to-end pre-construction start process. Independently evaluate start readiness, authorize or delay home starts, manage permitting strategy, resolve permitting and financial discrepancies, and provide operational reporting and readiness visibility to leadership.

Designs wall, floor, and roof truss and panel drawings from customer blueprints for residential, multi-family, and commercial projects. Produces accurate, code-compliant layouts for production, optimizes designs, and supports quality improvement, training, and team collaboration.
