Assemble, set, and install cabinetry and related components in a manufacturing or construction setting; operate hand and power tools; follow layouts, quality standards, and safety procedures; collaborate with team members to meet production schedules.

Perform drywall finishing tasks including taping, mudding, sanding, and smoothing surfaces to meet quality standards. Read basic plans, follow safety procedures, maintain clean worksites, and collaborate with construction teams to complete interior finish work on new homes.

Serve as liaison for home buyers and all parties through the purchase process. Educate customers on loan application and closing requirements, coordinate documentation and next steps, maintain files, prepare closing packages, provide frequent updates, and ensure accuracy and transparency to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
