Coordinates the manufactured-home buying process from application through closing and funding. Educates customers, gathers documentation, manages files, communicates with sales teams and transaction parties, prepares closing packages, tracks required steps, and ensures accuracy, compliance, and timely completion. The role also supports sales meetings, marketing events, and customer service while maintaining organized records and frequent deal updates.

Supports the home sales team by prospecting for customers, generating leads, answering inquiries, setting appointments, demonstrating homes, and transferring prospects to sales professionals. The role also handles customer follow-up, service scheduling, marketing events, office and property upkeep, and general sales support. Candidates need strong phone and communication skills, organization, dependability, professionalism, and the ability to obtain manufactured home sales licensing.

Manages site-level Team Member Experience programs, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits, payroll, compliance, training, engagement, and retention. Partners with facility leadership to improve culture, develop talent, analyze HR metrics, implement policies, and coach leaders on performance and recognition. Oversees HR operations and supports organizational development initiatives while maintaining confidentiality and regulatory compliance.
