Build and lead Clay Cove Capital’s finance function across funds, joint ventures, management companies, and operating entities. Responsibilities include fund and entity accounting, treasury, FP&A, tax coordination, investor reporting, controls, audits, SEC compliance support, lender reporting, and finance technology architecture. The role will manage external providers, implement scalable accounting and reporting systems, recruit a finance team, and contribute to investment and capital formation activities, with a path toward CFO.

Analyzes and underwrites real estate and operating-platform investments through financial modeling, valuation, market research, diligence, and scenario analysis. Coordinates diligence workstreams, prepares investment committee materials and investor presentations, refines acquisition strategies, and supports capital deployment. The role also oversees Analyst-level work, engages with external stakeholders, and helps improve data quality and AI-enabled investment processes.

Own and scale Clay Cove Capital’s marketing and communications engine across leadership positioning, content, newsletters, earned media, investor prospecting, conferences, events, CRM administration, AI-enabled tooling, and brand standards. The role manages HubSpot as the marketing source of truth, develops LP and operating-partner networks, coordinates content production, supports founders’ public profiles, and drives measurable awareness, engagement, and relationship growth in institutional real estate markets.
