Responsibilities include fund and entity accounting, treasury, FP&A, tax coordination, investor reporting, controls, audits, SEC compliance support, lender reporting, and finance technology architecture. The role will manage external providers, implement scalable accounting and reporting systems, recruit a finance team, and contribute to investment and capital formation activities, with a path toward CFO.

Own and scale Clay Cove Capital’s marketing and communications engine across leadership positioning, content, newsletters, earned media, investor prospecting, conferences, events, CRM administration, AI-enabled tooling, and brand standards. The role manages HubSpot as the marketing source of truth, develops LP and operating-partner networks, coordinates content production, supports founders’ public profiles, and drives measurable awareness, engagement, and relationship growth in institutional real estate markets.
