Conduct behavioral health evaluations, biopsychosocial assessments, psychological testing, claimant interviews, diagnostic reviews, and detailed clinical reports for veterans, service members, and other claimants. The Psychologist maintains confidential documentation, follows APA, VHA, VBA, DMA, HIPAA, and regulatory standards, supports quality improvement, and collaborates with clinic staff. The role requires an APA-accredited doctorate, unrestricted state licensure, strong assessment and report-writing skills, and experience with psychological testing and behavioral health evaluations.

Oversees operations across assigned clinics, including staffing, training, budgeting, quality assurance, process improvement, compliance, inventory, and performance management. The role leads regional teams, tracks operational metrics, improves efficiency and profitability, resolves issues, coordinates with cross-functional departments, and supports consistent patient service and regulatory compliance.

Conducts Independent Medical Opinion research, tracks research performance, meets weekly productivity requirements, communicates with managers, follows provider allocations, trains new specialists, and assists with administrative duties. The role also provides medical assistant support in a clinic environment, requiring phlebotomy proficiency, HIPAA knowledge, strong organization, communication, typing, and attention to detail.
