Conduct high-volume outbound calls to identify, engage, and qualify education-sector prospects. Research decision-makers, map accounts, overcome objections, and generate qualified opportunities for Account Executives. Maintain accurate CRM records, track activity metrics, learn the company’s products and market, and collaborate in training and sales initiatives.

Build and maintain scalable e-commerce and marketplace features across Node.js, React, MySQL, and MongoDB. Own complex features end to end, design backend services and APIs, integrate PunchOut procurement systems, improve platform security and reliability, conduct code reviews, and mentor engineers. The role requires strong full-stack JavaScript and TypeScript expertise, e-commerce domain experience, and the ability to work autonomously on high-volume transactional software.

Leads and scales the implementation team, manages and mentors implementation specialists, optimizes deployment playbooks, oversees implementation risk and quality, handles executive escalations, and partners with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Client Success. Tracks implementation KPIs, resource utilization, backlogs, and CRM data integrity while driving faster customer time-to-value, retention, and account growth.

Design, build, and manage scalable AWS infrastructure; optimize GitHub-centric CI/CD; implement observability stacks; automate compliance for GovRAMP/FedRAMP and SOC2; author audit-ready documentation and runbooks; collaborate with engineering and security teams to ensure high availability and reliability.

Serve as single point of contact for assigned enterprise clients to drive adoption, renewals, and expansion; advocate internally, align cross-functional teams, use success metrics to deliver client outcomes, and maintain executive-level relationships.

Design, prototype, and deploy LLM-powered agents, RAG workflows, and automations that accelerate internal teams and customer-facing product features. Integrate AI systems with SaaS tools, build reusable components and evaluation frameworks, embed with business teams to deliver measurable outcomes, and establish standards for responsible AI, monitoring, and cost control across the company.

Modernize a large fintech platform by building NestJS services and Next.js UIs, migrate transactional data to relational schemas, write comprehensive tests, identify and fix legacy problems, design scalable solutions that coexist with legacy systems, and use AI tooling responsibly to increase engineering velocity.
