Coordinate day-to-day operations for outsourced BPO programs, including vendor check-ins, quality reviews, capacity tracking, intake prioritization, SLA monitoring, reporting, SOP maintenance, onboarding, and process improvements. Analyzes sales data, manages C-level stakeholder relationships, collaborates on corporate partner onboarding, and represents the company at industry events and trade shows. Requires extensive sales leadership experience, HR and employee benefits knowledge, CRM expertise, and strong presentation skills.
