Lead end-to-end HRIS platform migration: plan and execute discovery, data migration, configuration, testing, cutover and hypercare. Coordinate vendors and cross-functional teams, manage risks, drive change management, training, and stakeholder communications to ensure a successful go-live.

Acquire and onboard high-value fitness, wellness, and experiential partners in assigned markets through in-person outreach, networking, and selective inside-sales tactics. Maintain Salesforce records, meet monthly new-venue quotas, negotiate deals, and present pitch materials to grow and sustain the ClassPass partner network.

Support product and privacy legal work by documenting product functionality, maintaining compliance records, managing privacy documents (DPAs, notices), coordinating cross-functional legal workflows, assisting attorneys with research on privacy and marketing laws, piloting AI/legal tech, and improving process and recordkeeping across jurisdictions.
