Own and grow strategic hotel and spa partnerships, driving full sales cycles from prospecting to launch. Build segment strategy, negotiate complex multi-stakeholder deals, structure commercial agreements, and partner cross-functionally to scale hotel integrations and optimize member experience.

Lead end-to-end HRIS platform migration: plan and execute discovery, data migration, configuration, testing, cutover and hypercare. Coordinate vendors and cross-functional teams, manage risks, drive change management, training, and stakeholder communications to ensure a successful go-live.

Acquire and onboard high-value fitness, wellness, and experiential partners in assigned markets through in-person outreach, networking, and selective inside-sales tactics. Maintain Salesforce records, meet monthly new-venue quotas, negotiate deals, and present pitch materials to grow and sustain the ClassPass partner network.
