The role requires strong quantum software development skills, Python and quantum SDK proficiency, clear technical communication, and experience working with R&D and engineering teams.

Manage customer relationships for a quantum software platform from onboarding through adoption, renewals, and expansion. Develop measurable success plans, guide customers toward value realization, resolve challenges with technical teams, and communicate customer feedback to product and engineering. The role requires strong technical understanding, relationship management, consultative communication, and the ability to engage technical and business stakeholders globally. Travel of up to 20% is required.

Lead the technical side of sales cycles across the Americas by qualifying opportunities, conducting technical discovery, developing customer engagement strategies, delivering customized quantum computing demos, and identifying technical opportunities. Explain complex quantum concepts to diverse audiences, provide customer guidance, influence product direction through field feedback, and maintain reusable implementation assets and proof-of-concept templates.
