The intern will gain practical experience in HR operations and talent management while working with HR professionals in a fast-paced technology company.

Owns and architects complex enterprise software modules, translating technical designs into Java/J2EE architectures and implementing Angular frontends with Spring Boot microservices. Responsibilities include database schema design, SQL and stored procedure optimization, code reviews, mentoring, technical debt reduction, production troubleshooting, and cross-functional collaboration. The role requires strong expertise in enterprise Java, Angular, databases, concurrency, CI/CD, containerization, and software architecture.

Lead CTeBS’s 30+ engineers across three product teams through Technical Managers. Build the engineering leadership layer, culture, career frameworks, hiring pipeline, and operating model. Translate business goals into multi-quarter plans, guide platform architecture, improve delivery predictability, reduce firefighting, manage technical debt, and represent engineering at the leadership level. The role owns organizational scaling, team health, engineering metrics, talent development, and long-term capability building.
