Lead corporate accounting, cash flow and working capital management, financial and KPI reporting, internal controls, and process improvement. The Controller will partner with ownership and leadership on business decisions, profitability, long-term planning, acquisitions, and operational improvements while managing and developing the accounting team. The role requires hands-on accounting expertise and strategic financial leadership in a manufacturing environment.

Serves as the company’s first point of contact by answering and directing calls, greeting visitors, handling mail and deliveries, maintaining records and supplies, and providing general administrative support. The role requires professional communication, organization, confidentiality, accurate data entry, proficiency with Microsoft Office, dependable attendance, and occasional evening or Saturday availability.

Manage customer accounts, invoices, payments, credits, collections, account reconciliations, and billing information. Investigate disputes and payment issues, communicate with customers about balances, support month-end accounting and financial reporting, and provide backup support for purchasing and other finance functions.
