Handles inbound and outbound sales, customer inquiries, order processing, quoting, proposal follow-up, and closing sales. Maintains customer relationships, resolves issues, supports campaigns, updates CRM records, and meets sales targets while providing service in English and Spanish. May occasionally travel to or assist at other warehouse locations.

Manages inbound and outbound sales, customer inquiries, quotes, orders, CRM records, and customer issue resolution in English and Spanish. Builds client relationships, follows up on proposals, closes sales, supports promotions, meets monthly targets, and ensures customer satisfaction. The role requires strong communication, organization, multitasking, product knowledge, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
