Support recruiting, onboarding, training, and culture programs: maintain job postings, screen candidates, schedule interviews, create onboarding/training checklists, update SOPs, audit incident logs, coordinate safety trainings, and assist recognition and engagement initiatives.

Support marketing department across multiple brands by assisting with event promotion, content creation, social media and influencer management, campaign coordination with location managers, website edits, analytics, and refining go-to-market strategies while learning operations and organizational structure.

Support business development and operations across multiple brands through varied projects: build labor and cost reports, evaluate inventory and menu pricing, refine operations and guest experience, and report on sales trends. Contribute to acquisitions, research, and project execution.
