Install, modify, maintain, inspect, and repair water-based fire sprinkler systems. Perform physical labor including overhead work, cutting/threading/grooving piping, brazing, and testing. Follow NFPA and building codes, maintain safety protocols, prepare as-built drawings and test documentation, and collaborate with sales, design, engineering and project teams to complete projects.

Install, inspect, and maintain fire sprinkler systems on construction sites; ensure safety compliance, coordinate with trades and AHJ, manage site inventory, produce reports, mentor installation crew, and document quality and change orders.

Generate new inspection business by prospecting, conducting site walkthroughs, presenting multi-year inspection agreements, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with operations to convert opportunities into recurring service revenue.
