Provides front desk coverage, answers inquiries, greets visitors, supports accounts payable and invoice processing, verifies financial documentation, maintains vendor and payment records, handles mail and deliveries, and performs general administrative support. The role requires professional communication, attention to detail, organization, customer service skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, accounting software, and enterprise systems.

Supports employees and HR leaders across onboarding, HR inbox management, benefits and pension administration, employee records, engagement initiatives, internal events, and HR process improvements. The role coordinates new-hire requirements, maintains accurate BambooHR and benefits data, responds to employee questions, protects confidential information, and assists with learning and development and internal communications.

Installs and coordinates fire sprinkler systems on construction and modernization projects. Responsibilities include site safety, material and inventory control, trade coordination, progress reporting, testing and inspection scheduling, daily documentation, toolbox talks, quality reviews, and mentoring installation crews. The role requires extensive overhead and confined-space work, blueprint interpretation, physical labor, flexible hours, strong communication, and a valid driver’s license.
