The role targets commercial, industrial, institutional, and property management clients while achieving revenue, margin, and multi-year agreement goals.

Owns corporate financial reporting and month-end close activities across Canadian and U.S. entities. Responsibilities include consolidations, reconciliations, journal entries, payroll accounting, variance analysis, audit support, acquisition integration, ERP processes, and financial reporting improvements. The role also drives automation, strengthens internal controls, and supports accounting system implementations. A CPA or near-designation with at least four years of progressive accounting experience, strong ASPE knowledge, and advanced Excel skills is required.
