Leads engineering strategy and a multidisciplinary team responsible for commercializing and scaling PFAS destruction systems. Oversees product development, system standardization, engineering processes, vendor and consultant relationships, cost models, compliance, risk management, and customer technical support. Partners with R&D, business development, operations, and implementation teams to transition pilot-proven technologies into reliable, cost-effective commercial products and develop engineering roadmaps aligned with market and customer needs.
